In introducing our speaker Bill referenced the article Evan Bille wrote in the Skaneateles Magazine on his experiences in Boys State. Evan opened his presentation by thanking Rotary for sponsoring him in this year’s Boys State. Evan described how Boys State changed his life & gave him a fuller & deeper appreciation for public service.
