NEWS FLASH -Another successful Father's Day Pancake Breakfast achieved. Our 52th!, The total attendance was 2193 happy pancake enthusiasts & volunteers. A sunny but a bit cool day, but with wether did not dampen the spirits and attendance. Thanks to all the energized Rotarians and many volunteers of; family, friends, Firemen, Boy Scouts, American Legion folks and Skaneateles Community Band members, great fun and a greats breakfast was had by all. Membership/Attendance - 42 active members - 23 members attending
The Beginings - The meeting moderator, David Lee, welcomed the largest assemblage of Skan Rotarians that we have had in the few years (Twas GREAT). David gave a brief summary of the BOD meeting held the previous Monday (see more below) and reminded the membership that we still have not identified a club president for 2022-23.
Program- Pancake Breakfast Organization --- Mary, with the help of her enthusiastic Pancake Breakfast committee she reviewed the many task assignments and the numerous other requirements. Checking list, and checking it twice, making sure all is in place for a fun and exciting community event. All Hands on Deck at 7:30 AM Sunday morning ... and ... all who can on Friday and Saturday mornings. for set up.
The Ending - All were pumped and at the ready for an exiting pancake breakfast following a two year delay. (see results notice above)

Your Board of Directors met on June 13th via Zoom with the following is a brief of the discussions and actions taken.
Atnd:Terry, Mary, Bill B., David, Dale, Jay, Rosemary, Doug, Tyler, Lori, Duane, Marv & Ward
Previous BOD minutes - Members approved May BOD minutes, which are on our website, Sites pages section. (sign-in required required).
SRCF Financials - Marv reviewed the April financials. Deferred moving SRF funds to active club outreach funds til following the Pancake Breakfast.
The Rotary Foundation - The year's giving doubled or more the club's projected TRF goals. Fantastic Year!.
2022/23 Leadership - was discussed as we are still looking for someone to step to the President.
Membership - Three members are leaving as of June 30th, for personal & location purposes
Dues - Were billed on May 16th with about 40% paid to date.
Community Service -
Pancake Breakfast - Is Scheduled for Father's Day, June 19th & planning is in process. Final Planning meeting on the 16th.
Futures - Duck Dash Planned for September, Election lunches in November, and Clear Path project being planned.
District Grant - We will know the status of the clubs submission in July.
June 23rd Meeting - to be canceled and we rest up following the Pancake Breakfast.
Next BOD meeting is on Monday, June 11 at 5:00 PM, via Zoom
