Missing due to mishaps: None reported this week.....whew!!!!
Guests -    Brad and Julie Littlefield, Katie and Dylan Brown, Tritan Boucher and Dr. Mary Beth Carlberg our speaker
The Meeting - President Ed called the meeting to order, welcomed our guests and club members, led us in the Pledge, the Four (five) Way Test.
The Program- Dr. Mary Beth Carlberg was our speaker.  Dr. Carlberg practiced Family Medicine in Skaneateles for 42 years before retiring.  She spoke to us about the health benefits of plant-based diets and the practice of avoiding processed and refined foods.  Dr. Carlberg gave us a wealth of information on how the meat and dairy industries impact our environment and the planet as a whole.  There were a number of questions from members.  Thanks to Dr. Carlberg for a great presentation!
What Paul Harris Said
When an individual, a sect, a clique or a nation hates and despises another individual, sect, clique or nation ... they simply do not know the objects of their hatred. Ignorance is at the bottom of it.

Join us at the scenic 1000 Islands Harbor Hotel in Clayton, New York for the first conference including all three districts that are the future CNY Rotary. Make it a weekend getaway for the full experience or drive up Saturday morning for an overnight event. The weekend will include opportunities to learn new ways to serve our communities, great food and drink, and time to connect with one another. There are discounted packages for kids and teens, so bring the whole family. Be sure to register early for the best rate and contact the hotel directly to book your room.
We hope you will come out to get inspired, meet new people and have a lot of fun!
