Skaneateles Bookleggers
Glean Books at State Street School
Rotarian Bookleggers, Gary, Marv and Ward gleaned and packed children's books at the State Street School last Wednesday. There are more books to sort and pack at the Middle School this week, which should fill out our current open pallet.
Our thanks go out to the Skaneateles School District for keeping Rotarian Books for the World project in mind as they continue to share their gently used books with the youth of the world through this Rotary project.

A Fun Service Opportunity ... by Ward
Each year the VVS High School, FFA puts on a Maple Breakfast on Saturday & Sunday mornings over two weekends. This is their biggest event of the year. The dates are March 21-22 & March 28-29 from 7:30 till noon. They are a small group & asking for volunteers.
This is the group of students that we obtain our Maple Syrup from to sale at our Father's Day Pancake Breakfast, which the students harvest and process. It would be a fun thing to do for a great group of students ... and a wonderful Service opportunity. Contact Donna Schonewetter atdschonewetter@vvsschools.orgif you can help.
