President Ed brought a bottle of a Bavarian gin by the name of Monkey 47 (47 botanicals) which was sampled by several attendees. The Program- American Food & Vending ... presented by Josh Wells. Skaneateles resident, Josh Wells, gave a great presentation on his family's privately owned company, American Food and Vending, a 204 million dollar plus company in the contract dining, catering, vending, office coffee and refreshment business across the USA. It was interesting to hear about how their Syracuse based company started two generations ago as well as the many changes in the way that their services are provided. Mike Tierney was able to share his AFV experiences at JMA since they are a AFS multiple location client. While many of us did not know Josh or AFV, many of us had met his cousin Steve Wells and you may have seen Josh's daughter Caroline grace the cover of one of our local magazines this month.
