NEWS FLASH -Another successful Father's Day Pancake Breakfast achieved. Our 51th!, The total attendance was 2,640 happy pancake enthusiasts. A bit rainy, but with wether did not dampen the spirit and attendance. Thanks to all the Rotarians, Interactors, and many volunteers, great fun and greats eats were had by all. SRC Rotary Foundation Giving - As of this date, the following summarized our club's participation in TRF giving for the 2018-19 Rotary year
Annual Giving $5,400 $6,025 112% of goal (includes club $1,500 matching funds)
PolioPlus $2,000 $1,620 81% or goal
Total $7,645
Mbrs participating = 33 (62%)
Resulting in: 4 - New PHFs; 2 - Adv PHF's. & 1 - Major Donor
(we current have 32 PHFs, 2 Mjr Donor & 1 Benefactor)
There is still a few weeks to donate in the 2018-19 year.

Summary Notes of JUNE 13, 2019 Meeting... by Ward
Your Board of Directors met last week and the following is a short summary of discussions points and resolutions. (complete current and past minutes may be viewed on the website - member sign-in is required)
March Board minutes of May 2019 were approved. They may be found on the club's website.
Letters of thanks & appreciation - which were recieved in th past month were read and reviewed by Pres. Bill. They were also presented the the general membership at the meeting that followed.
Skaneateles Rotary Foundation update by Marv Langley.
Worthy Cause contributions and funding was approved for the Syracuse Symphoria, an additional CNY BFTW project & Skaneateles Land Trust.
Officers and Directors for 2019/2020 were discussed. See notice of Director & Officer election above.
PHF Recognition Points accrued by members were discussed. Suggestions were made regarding these might be used to leverage RF giving and membership.
Financial Review - Marv Langley reviewed the Foundation financial status. A recommendation for the proceeds from the International Women's day proceeds is still pending
Rotary Foundation YTD summary given (see summary above) There is still one $50 match available for a new 2018/19 donor. of $100 or more.
RF Matching Funds - Approved to release and process the $1,500 matching funds to RF. ($50 match for each donor of $100 or more)
Membership - Katy Crelot's resignation was approved, with regrets. She and her husband are relocating back to Seneca Falls. Her outstanding service to out club was noted and we wish her all the best.
Programs - Future programs were review by Pres. Bill who continues to seek out and supply with outstanding programs. (see listings below)

The Program
Pancake Breakfast, get ready, get set, go - Both Robin & Chuck O. expressed their thanks and appreciation to Mary for her months of pre-breakfast planning and logistics. As she will be away during the event, they are co-chairing the on-site preparation and event Father's Day. All of the pre-event tasks and logistics were reviewed and discussed along with each specific team assignment. An excellent preparation and review session. WE ARE READY - BRING IT ON!
